Patty ’n Bun started with one simple idea: make burgers the right way.

What began as a small burger spot in the heart of Maastricht quickly became a local favourite. Students, locals and hungry visitors found their way to our grill — and kept coming back for the juicy burgers, dirty fries and laid-back vibe.
We’re based just minutes from the Vrijthof, right in the city centre.

We smash our patties hard on a hot grill to lock in flavour and build that signature crispy crust. Soft brioche buns, house-made sauces and toppings that don’t mess around. It’s messy, satisfying and exactly how a smashburger should be.
